Q.5. How many days does an order takes to get delivered?

• Preparation time for orders is around 5 to 15days, depending on products you order.
• After which it takes 3 to 5days for delivery, depending on Location.
• All the orders are Dispatched from Delhi.

Q.6. Can I return a product if I am not happy with it?

Returns are not accepted since each and every product is handmade specially for you, although we do provide exchange in case the product is damaged, or a wrong product has been sent.

Note: Parcel opening videos are must to proceed with exchange.

Q.7. How to clean and maintain the products?

For most of our products, spot cleaning and regular dusting is recommended, although some of the products can be easily washed as well.
