RETURN :

Since every product is made on order, return and refund requests are not accepted.

EXCHANGE :

Exchange requests are accepted only if the delivered product is not what you ordered or is defected.

Make sure to take a parcel opening video in order to place an exchange request.

Exchange request will be accepted within 3 days once the parcel has been delivered.

How to Proceed with an Exchange Request?

• Share the opening video on our email ([email protected]), our team would connect with you.
• In order to send the parcel back, pack it in the same way it arrived and dispatch via India Post Service. Share the image of shipping receipt with us via mail, after which we will be ending you the return shipping amount.
• Your exchange product would be dispatched after receiving the return shipping details.

IMPORTANT : Opening video is compulsary in order to request an exchange.
